- All of our production studio rental bookings are done at www.vybe.studio using our online scheduling system. Our online calendars are always up to date and show the latest availability and pricing.
- Online bookings are for production studio rental only. If you are planning on hosting an event with Vybe Studios or shooting video content with sound, please contact us via the contact page of email us directly at info@vybe.studio to make reservations:
- After completion of booking process, a booking confirmation email will be sent out to you which includes your session reservation & payment details. This is your receipt, as well as your client account with Vybe Studios. Please keep this for your records.
STUDIO POLICIES
Booking Process
Payments
All rental fees must be paid in full prior to the start of your booking. A 50% deposit is required to reserve the studio. Fees for additional equipment rental and/or time that were not billed during the initial booking will be due at the end of the rental period. A 4% transaction fee may apply on all transactions.
Remaining 50% will be processed automatically anytime up to 48hrs before your reserved session. We will notify you if we are unable to process your full payment. Full payment is required to access the studio.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
No refunds for cancellation made less than 48 hours prior to contracted studio rental.
Full refunds for cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to scheduled creative rental.
30% reschedule fee will apply if notice to reschedule is submitted less than 48 hours to scheduled rental.
Check In & Check Out
Your studio access instructions will be sent to you via email 3 hours before your session. Only you the contracted name on the reservation can open the studio for your guests. Sharing access instructions is strictly prohibited. Please contact us if you have any questions.
General Studio Rules
- If Studio team members are one site, they can check in on studios during your rental session.
- Our studio is not soundproof, no loud music/noises permitted, no dragging of furniture. Any suspected violation of studio rules and/or safety violations in some cases may lead us to ask you and your party to leave and forfeit your session and NO refund will be processed for not following the rules. Vybe Studios holds no responsibility to impose this action.
- Our studios are not soundproof, we can’t control sound of neighbors and outside interference. If you need to create video content with sound please contact us to advice on best time for noise levels.
- We have cameras installed in our studios for security purposes and to monitor check in/ check out access.
- Since the studio rooms are not soundproof, please keep the noise level to a reasonable volume, including any use of music. Music played in the studio must not contain any explicit content.
- Our studios cannot be used to shoot pornographic content.
- If you and or a member of your party comes to the studio intoxicated or under the influence of any illegal substances, we reserve the right to ask them to leave the premises.
- Smoking of any kind (including recreational drugs) is not permitted on studio premises.
- No pets allowed without prior consent of a company representative.
- A fire extinguisher is located in the Bathroom area of our studio.
- Please note that failure to respect the studio rules, studio staff, or other renters, will result in immediate termination of your booking with NO refunds processed and can result in a permanent ban from Vybe Studios.
Studio Assistant
Great for those with inexperienced production studio know how or just need an extra hand on set. You can add a Studio Assistant add on service upon booking. Our knowledgeable staff can help assist with essential production support to make your project a success. Assistance includes –
- Lighting Setup – Great for those who are inexperienced with studio lighting or just need help using strobe (flash photography) lighting.
- Extra Hand – Our knowledgeable staff can assist with moving of furniture, equipment, props..
- Camera Support – Our knowledgeable staff can help you with ensuring your using the right camera settings/functions to maximize usability and get the best out of your camera/studio and lights during your session.
- Background/Backdrop Support – Studio comes with standard black,white and grey backdrops. Change or use of our available color backdrops is only available with studio assistant service. You can have an unlimited number of backdrop changes.

Cleaning & Damage
- Studio must be left clean, in a satisfactory, original as found condition, free of dirt, debris and trash. Equipment, Furniture and props must be returned to their original as found place. Any and all garbage must be placed into provided garbage bins only.
- If the studio is left untidy and not it its satisfactory to its as found condition at the end of your reservation, a $60 cleaning fee will be added to your booking.
- Please do not step on the furniture in shoes.
- If you need to move furniture, please lift the items and do not drag them. This damages both the floors and furniture legs.
- Please do not bring candles into the studio, unless they have glass coverings. Open flame candles drip wax onto floors and other surfaces, causing damage are not permitted.
- No open flame, dry ice, confetti, glitter, smash cakes, sparklers, smoke/fog machines or any other hard to clean materials are allowed at the studio. If you absolutely require it for your photo-shoot, please contact us for approval and written consent.
- If you are still cleaning or you and any member of your party are still in the studio 5 minuets after you designated reservation time, cleaning fees and overtime fees will apply accordingly. Please reserve an additional hour or adequate time when booking.
- If there are damages to the floor / furniture / props /, or any other studio equipment during your reservation, you will be asked to reimburse the cost of all damages.
- Excessively dirty backdrops and or extensive damage to studio backdrops will accrue a $25 damage fee.
- We believe in professionalism. You are responsible for monitoring your reservation time and returning the studio to its as found condition. We are often booked back to back and we rely on everyone playing their part. This reduces the cost of operations so that we can continue providing beautiful, functional, affordable creative space and pass the savings along to you.
Studio Lighting
- Studio lighting is complimentary and not standard with the studio, its available upon request only at no additional cost.
- Studio lighting includes 2-3 professional 600 watts Strobe (Flash) Lighting with modifiers, 1 led 150w daylight continuous/video light.
- Strobe lights will include Sony,Cannon and Nikon flash control triggers/transmitters.
- Renter is responsible for studio lighting setup, know how and lighting techniques.
- For assistance, we provide a Studio Assistant service add on upon booking – Great for those who are inexperienced with studio lighting or just need an extra hand on set. Our knowledgeable staff can help with setting up studio lighting for your session, answer any questions, help, prep with anything else needed to make your project a success. This service can be added to your rental during the booking process.
Studio Backdrops

Your production studio rental includes complimentary pr-installed studio standard seamless background paper Including (Black, White and Grey) at no additional cost.

Change/Use of our Colored studio backdrops including (Cocoa, Yellow, Purple, Beige, Pink, Green (Colors vary and subject to availability, Contact Us for current list) can be per-installed upon request and are only available with the Studio Assistant add on service.

Special order backdrop colors can be requested and installed for $100 (7 day notice required)
- Excessively dirty studio backdrops including oil and rips will accrue a $25 damage fee.
Capacity
- Maximum of 8 people in renter’s party. Total 12 people max in the studio at one time. Additional fee of $10 per each person over the limit will apply.
- Production rentals with more that 12 people will need to book as an event.
Rental Agreement
You assume liability for you and all your guests in your session. Please read over the Full Agreement upon or before booking. All Studio policies, rules and Rental Agreement are agreed upon to use the Studio.

How do i check availability ?
Availability can be viewed on the booking page of the site. You can browse the calendar or use the booking service function to view the studio schedule and or select a preferred date and time.
How do i see the cost to rent the Studio ?

What if i need to reserve a time thats not aviailable on the website ?

Do your provide the photographer ?

We only provide the studio space and lighting. You are responsible for hiring a photographer. We can give recommendations.
Do you have continous lights (Video Lights) ?
We do not have any continuous lighting for video. We only have strobe lighting for photography.
Is there an extra cost to use Studio lighting ?
All lighting and grip equipment is included in the rental unless otherwise stated on the studio page.
What are your hours ?
Business hours are 9:00am – 8:00pm (Monday – Friday), 8:00am – 9:00pm (Saturday) and 1:0pam – 6:00pm (Sunday). Bookings outside of operational business hours are subject to extra fee. All sessions, tours, meetings, are by appointment only. No walk-ins available at this time.
Can i walk in and see the studio before booking ?
We do not allow walk ins but you can request a tour by submitting a studio tour request form via our contact page.
